These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", or "You") and key365 (the "Company", "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By creating an account, accessing the key365 website at https://key365.cam, or using any of our services including sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, or any other gambling products offered through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules and policies published on our website.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a User on the key365 platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a stake placed by a User on the outcome of a sports event, casino game, slot machine, or any other gambling product offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by key365 to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User from their bank account or e-wallet to their key365 Account for the purpose of placing bets.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and address verification.
• "RTP" means Return to Player, the percentage of wagered money a game returns to players over time.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's key365 Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with key365, you confirm that you have carefully read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of our platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments or updates we may publish from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the key365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. key365 operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any User found to be under the legal gambling age will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and deposits refunded minus any bonuses or winnings accrued.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and when using our services. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are not permitted to register or use the key365 platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must not be subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or using our services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one account with key365. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to others, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by key365, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on our registration form.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered with an Indonesian telecommunications provider
• Preferred username and secure password

4.2 Verification and KYC

Following registration, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making withdrawals. This process requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• In some cases, a selfie photograph holding your ID document may be requested

key365 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify key365 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. key365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

key365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Indonesia:

• Bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3 minutes during banking hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though key365 reserves the right to impose limits on accounts under investigation or with incomplete verification.

Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB; Saturday 08:00–16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. key365 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

key365 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international financial standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious transactions, unusually large deposits or withdrawals, or patterns consistent with money laundering may trigger additional verification procedures and temporary withdrawal holds while our compliance team investigates.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

key365 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements), eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry periods, and withdrawal restrictions.

6.1 Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses offered by key365 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount, though specific promotions may have different requirements clearly stated in their terms.

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute less or not at all. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each bonus promotion's terms and conditions.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

key365 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, using betting patterns designed solely to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes), or any other activity deemed by key365 to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may be reported to industry fraud prevention databases.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. key365 reserves the right to void bets if an event is postponed, abandoned, or significantly delayed. Specific settlement rules for different bet types (1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, etc.) are available in our comprehensive Betting Rules section accessible through your account dashboard.

7.2 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slot machines offered on the key365 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP percentages.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in specific game rules or promotional terms, there is no maximum limit on winnings from real-money play. However, progressive jackpot wins and certain bonus-derived winnings may be subject to maximum payout limits as specified in the applicable game or bonus terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the key365 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate play
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or identity documents
• Money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds between parties
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Using VPN, proxy, or other services to conceal your true location
• Abusing bonuses or promotions as described in Section 6.2
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our platform
• Interfering with other Users' enjoyment of the service or harassing other Users or staff

9. Account Suspension and Termination

key365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The User has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• The User is engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities
• The account is being used for purposes other than personal entertainment
• The User is under 21 years of age
• The User is located in a restricted jurisdiction
• The User has self-excluded or requested account closure

Upon account closure, any remaining genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding verification procedures, minus any amounts owed to key365. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, key365 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information
• Loss resulting from system downtime or technical failures
• Loss resulting from errors or mistakes in bet settlement
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security

key365 provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the key365 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of key365 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The key365 trademark, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of key365. You are not granted any right or license to use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia, BANI). The language of arbitration shall be English or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed by the parties.
